- All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Color representations may vary slightly due to monitor settings or dye lot variations.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in USD (American Dollars) and include/exclude applicable taxes (depending on your local laws).
- We accept different methods of Payments cash (on site), credit/debit cards, mobile payments (if you do it online)etc.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery – For online purchases
- We offer free shipping for all orders over 150 USD.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
- Delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, carrier delays) are not our responsibility.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt (for online purchases).
- Fabrics that are cut-to-measure or customized are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.
6. Custom Orders
- Custom orders (e.g., handwoven, dyeing) require a deposit of 50% of the full payment upfront.
- These orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content (logos, product designs, images, etc.) are the property of Sacred Loom Peru and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or store services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
9. Privacy Policy
- Customer data is collected only for order fulfillment and communication purposes.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
